Mints are good for what they are intended for, just smaller than what I expected.

My husband is a dentist and learned about a great nightly program for oral health, ending in sucking 1 or 2 xylitol mints after brushing. Xylitol is actually good for teeth and it certainly satisfies the little ones' sweet tooth without ruining dinner etc. There are other flavors bu they like this on e the best.
