Excellent Customer Service!
I should be too embarrassed to write this, as I made a dumb mistake in interpreting and confusing my old and new glucose strip containers and I immediately wrote to their customer service. I thought the new bottle I just received had already expired! I was a bit stunned when they actually responded quickly and were eager to help me resolve the issue. After taking a picture to send them, I realized I had mixed up both containers, and my old container still had a couple of months before expiring, which is what I was originally complaining about. It was 'egg on my face,' but a pleasing outcome for me regardless because they were right there when I needed them! So kudos to their customer service representative, Adam! I've been using Keto-Mojo since it came out a few years ago, and still love and depend on it!

Perfect find for me.
The mojo company is no longer making these strips for the older model they began with. Very irksome to me. Like everything else companies are making all their functions obsolete so you have to buy a newer model. I found these strips on Amazon by pure luck. They are compatible with the machine and have not only the blood sugar reading but the blood hematocrit reading that was available on the earliest strips. Thank you BKT!

Waste of money? Time and trouble too.
First 2 strip test shows E-U (used strip error). What's going on? I got defective strip? That never happens before with original strip came with meter. Not a single one.3rd strip finally shows results but GLUCOSE AND HEMATOCRIT ONLY.NO HEMOGLOBIN AS ORIGINAL STRIP.I thought this strip is OEM.May be this is aftermarket I shouldn't be relying on.I have no way to find out this accuracy.Picture is 2 hours after dinner.UPDATEI requested return/refund.Seems I only got 3 days (not 30 days as Amazon) to return with USPS . Not Amazon return center. Even suggesting I can leave it in my mailbox so mailman can pick it up (How can I prove I actually returned them?).I then noticed no open box return paper. Box was already open arrived. I didn't paid attention much at the time as that could happen during shippment.Communicated with seller(curiously name on package looks individual not company). He insisted error is not possible.I replied about all these one star reviews with same issues.I contacted A-Z Amazon customer service.Seller E-mailed me again .Now he can un-ERROR test strips(?).I talked to A-Z again. They stated it might take 2 week to work on my case.I will write follow up.Follow up;Now I was given 30DAYS INSTEAD 3DAYS to return.I printed refund label, went Post office to get receipt. Finally I got money back. But RESTOCKING DEDUCTION FEE 15 DOLLARS. Which is about half of what I paid. Restocking? He means to sell that defective item to someone else? Those should be discarded. If you want go through what I went, go ahead.NEVER AGAIN FOR ME

Glucose Test Strips that WORK
As with most instruments we buy, there are always innovations and new products. Glucose meters are no different. My current one is the old style of the Keto-Mojo meter, so I was disappointed when I had to get new strips and found there were none made by Keto-Mojo, but it turned out BKT has made a replacement and indeed it is 100% compatible. I will be using my "old" meter for some time now, but I imagine I may transition to a new meter or maybe one that does not require a finger stick. The finger stick is not a problem for me since I have enough neuropathy, that I usually don't feel it much.

It works but...
I bought it to replace the old stripd since they were nearly 3 years old. That said, they do suggest you replace after 6 months after opening. My nearly 3 years old strip was almost full, I rarely used the strip for blood glucose, mostly keto.A y way, just out of curiosity, I used the new to get a baseline reading and then tried the nearly 3 year old strip which manufacturer recommended be replaced after 6 months.Well, wadda you know, 3 year old strip read EXACTLY the same glucose as this new strip...😆Sales pitch, I guess. I'm using up the old before I start on this new batch🤭😁👍

Works with old keto mojo!
I have the older and newer version of keto mojo and I wanted to only order the glucose strips, I am not interested in ketones at the moment but I still want to manage blood sugar. You can't order just one of the other, the only option was a 2 pack that consists of both glucose and ketone strips. I found these that said it works with the old keto monitor, which I actually like better anyway. They work and they are consistent and accurate. I will continue to order these instead of the keto mojo brand.

Works with older KetoMojo and gives a hemocrit number.
These were the only strips I could find that still work with the older KetoMojo devices. And it will still get you a hemocrit number, and you can guestimate your hemoglobin by dividing HCT by 3. Apparently the FDA has made the newer devices remove the Hb and HCT readings.I have funky red blood cells and those numbers help me manage my diet better when I see them dipping too low.
