Someone else recommended to keep the original inside pad to add more comfort. Which means you need to cut the original headband along the edge so as not to damage it. There is a bottom and top pad, you won't need the top. Keep the bottom one. Then when you instal the new headband, place the old bottom pad like it was and wrap the new headband around it and velcro it into place. The reason for this (at least on the QC25) is that the replacement headband is a bit too big and the edges that fit into the clips will flare out some and not look as neat. But if you wrap this headband around the old bottom pad then it will stretch the material enough so the edges fit much cleaner into the clips. Again, don't keep the original top pad- it won't fit- just the bottom.

Bytte ut huvudbandet på mina snart 7 år gamla Bose QC35. Lite pilligt att få på plats men det beror helt på hörlurarnas design. Väl på plats så känns hörlurarna nästan som nya. Plus för att skruvmejseln ingick!

De hoofdband was erg moeilijk te bevestigen want de band was bij het sluiten van de clips te dik om de clips makkelijk terug te plaatsen. Na 45 minuten duwen zit het weer dicht met de nieuwe band. Ik heb de uiteinden van de nieuwe band war moeten bijknippen zodat de clips weer konden worden terug geplaatst.Ik vind het jammer dat het klittenband niet mooi sluit. Hier kan je haar dus makkelijk achter blijven hangen. Ik ben in ieder geval blij dat het gelukt is. De oude band viel uit elkaar.

Das Kopfband für mein Headset war nach > 3 Jahren Dauernutzung (jetzt bald 4) hinüber. Leider bietet Bose kein Ersatzkopfband an. Ein Original gibt es also schlichtweg nicht zu kaufen. Sehr schade, denn technisch funktioniert mein Headset weiter einwandfrei.Um den Ersatz anzubringen müssen 4 Schrauben des Headsets gelöst und das alte Kopfband runtergeschnitten werden. Klingt nach einem brutalen Eingriff und ich hatte vor der Aktion auch etwas Sorge, das irgendetwas bricht oder Kabel reißen. Mit normaler Vorsicht war das aber kein Problem. Die kleinen Schrauben könnten verloren gehen - also besser eine kleine Schüssel oder o.ä. bereitlegenDas Band wird mit Klettverschluss angebracht. Dieser hat nach zwei Anläufen schön bündig geschlossen. Man sieht ihn natürlich trotzdem. Anders kann man aber wohl kein neues Kopfband anbringen, denn der Kopfhörer wird nicht komplett aufgeschraubt - d.h einen Schlauch könnte man nicht überziehen.Zum Tragekomfort: Die ersten Tage kam es mir zu hart vor. Das Kopfband musste aber nur etwas "eingetragen" werden und hält jetzt schon ca. 11 Monate ohne Probleme oder sichtbare Abnutzung.Eine durchaus lohnende Investition für ein schon älteres Gerät. Bei Bose hätte ich mind. den doppelten Preis für ein Original-Ersatzteil erwartet.
