This apple flavored licorice is a guilty pleasure of mine. It’s got just the right amount of “chew” and a subtle and yummy apple flavor. If I recall correctly, I first became a fan of apple licorice when I bought some at a travel plaza on a long road trip. I love munching on gummy candy during road trips - with apple being my favorite flavor - so it was an instant hit with me. Unfortunately - apple licorice is not something that’s readily available in stores, gas stations, or travel plazas. It’s a rare find that I would pick up anytime I saw it - but then I would crave it after I’d eaten it all. In Wallis these yummy green apple licorice twists available on Amazon. Suddenly, I could get my new favorite chewy snack whenever I wanted. Victory for this snacky girl! The only downside is the price, as this licorice costs far more than you would pay at at a store. I consider the premium charge mostly worth it, however, since apple licorice is rarely found in brick and mortar shops. You have a pay a bit more for this yummy treat, so it can’t be an everyday staple - but it’s a wonderful special treat!

Delicious. I received them as a gift and came back for more for me and friends since there's more than enough for sharing. :-)

Why did you pick this product vs others?: We like these slightly better than the ones sold at BassPro. Theirs are often out of stock too.

This green apple licorice is very tasty. My orders were fresh and soft & chewy. I have ordered this several times and will do so in the future.
