I know this pillow was made for the lumbar however, I have bulging disc in my mid spine. Using the pillow vertically while I lay or set in bed has relieved the pressure. It works for my need currently.

The pillow has been helping to keep my back stretched. It is soft but sturdy.

It helps me a lot. I can’t sleep with it because it’s a bit too much for sleep (my personal opinion) but I use it before bed while on my phone and it alleviates a lot of strain and stress on my lower back (pain). Also when I’m sitting up I’ll prop up my regular bed pillow and then use this as well in front of that in between the pillow and my back for additional support.

It’s just ok when I sit in my recliner but I wanted it for my bed but I can’t keep it in place where it’ll do any good. If I stayed on my back all night it might be ok. If I get up to use the bathroom or turn over on my side, I have to reposition it all over again.I wish it was a little “less forgiving” because it’s too soft to really give me any pain relief. A heavy body pillow might be better for me.

Not supportive and causes more pain. 😭😤

Just as described and exactly what I needed for good support while side sleeping.

I have purchased several different foam pillows from this brand, and their support has been fantastic. I use them every day while recovering from surgery. However, the covers are terrible. They pill terribly when washed, and even with washing, somehow trap hair within their quilts. I wish we could buy replacement covers.

I love this cushion its amazing and is helping tremendously along with a reg pillow under my knees no complaints since I also slacked off on my stretches lately and still working well. Would buy again hands down.

I bought and returned 4 different lumbar sleep pillows before ending up with this one. The others were either too hard, too soft, not high enough, or too high. For me, this was exactly the right but it is still a touch too soft in my opinion. Not perfect, especially for the high price, but the best out of the 5 I tried.

My husband suffers from lower back pain and ever since he’s used this he’s been sleeping better at night. Definitely worth buying!

Seemed like a cheap overpriced piece of foam. I sent it back.
