The soap is called white sage but there’s no white sage in the ingredients?

I'm not sure that I understand the question. There is a product called White Sage made by the same manufacturer, which I assume has white sage in it. The Juniper Ridge Coastal Pine Body Wash is not the same thing from what I can gather. I like the Pine Body wash, but it makes my skill feel a little oily after a shower. Not a bad feeling, just different from other products I have tried.

Can this be used in a pump bottle, or does it crust up and squirt all over like other green soaps?

It comes with a squirt top and has never gotten crusty or gooey for me. Not sure about a pump but you don't need it. Strong scent is very juniper oriented and clean rinsing. I use it on my dogs and no fleas touch them.

What is your vegetable glycerin made from? Corn? Palm?

I believe they answer that in the description.

Is this the same scent as the Sierra granite they used to have?

I've never used Sierra Granite. I wasn't pleased with the fragrance. I thought that it had more of a "Quick-stop" bathroom hand-wash smell; rather than a body wash fragrance. But it may work for someone else.
