Worth a read, but not a must have
Brenda davis book os okay, it has some good information, but it does however fail on some points, and make a loot of illogical conclusions. Especially about some cooked food, and the idea of the more nutrion dense food is the better. It does have a lot of science and fact in it, and that is great. But if you are looking for a beginner guide to starting a raw diet, this is not the book you are looking for.

Arrived much ahead of time and in good shape
The book came much before the limit date and as I expected. I could tell it was used but almost as new - the marks of use were discrete. I'm happy I bought it, I saved a lot comparing with a new book and got practically the same.

Best Raw Book I Have Read
This is a great book!It is very informative, science-based, interesting, and even has some excellent recipes at the end!I am not a raw foodist, but have been interested in incorporating more raw food in my diet for awhile, and have read many raw books. This book is the only one I have read that makes me feel confident that you can eat a nutritionally sound raw diet, as long as you follow the guidelines laid out in this book (such as making sure you are getting your B12 and D, and eating a variety of raw foods).Highly recommended!
