Will this work on my Frigidaire FRT221RSH

It worked on my GE refrigerator. You have to match the numbers on the fan motor. You may have to splice the wires and connect to existing wiring. The connectors came with it. It was easy.

Will this replace a Beverage Air 501-148B?

I can't say for certain. The specs are the same; the body and components look identical. The only difference I see is the Beverage Air has solderless connectors while the WR60X179 has bare wire ends. Faced with the choice, I'd conclude that the risk of a wrong part was low and try it.

Do you have any diagram for what come with the motor

Sorry. just replaced mine from the old more. Dont have a diagram for it. Try and google with you model number etc.

Did anyone have to buy a separate fan to connect mount it to the new motor or did you guys use the same fan from the old one ?

The item you are looking at, is just the motor that drives the existing fan in your refrigerator.
