Tasty and actually helps!
I have loved ordering this. The electrolytes really seem to help! And it’s not salty like so many others. I’ve even purchased some as gifts for some of my friends and family who are also breastfeeding. I love strawberry/kiwis flavor the best.

Super tasty, helps my tiredness and headaches
Tastes great, very hydrating and I feel energetic but in a natural way. Clears up my headaches too. Highly recommend. I’m going to keep purchasing.

Strawberry kiwi
Taste isn't pleasing to me. I do like the blue raspberry. But I have to force myself to drink the strawberry. It's easy to mix but for some reason it doesn't do good if you put the powder in last. I did it last night, it foamed up and looked like a homemade volcano. It is a bit pricey. Not sure about the energy level, I'm still tired. I don't recommend the strawberry kiwi, which sucks since I usually love that flavor.

Love the strawberry kiwi!
The best hydration packet I’ve ever tasted by far! My favorite is the strawberry kiwi, it’s sweet and not salty compared to other electrolytes. It’s also not thick like liquid I.V. is. My supply is so much better with this baby and seems to not waver daily as long as I drink one of these Boobie Mom’s packets. Consistently producing an extra 24 ounces each day above and beyond what my baby needs!

Disgusting
I bought this because of the positive reviews. I wanted a “healthier” energy/electrolyte beverage with other benefits. I’m used to taking supplements and drinks but this was just unbearably horrible. It tastes too chemically. I struggled to drink the entire thing and it made me nauseous afterwards. Don’t know why or how other pregnant women like this.

Don’t like fizziness
The taste isn’t bad but it has a weird fizziness to it that almost makes it taste like stale seltzer water that’s been sitting out all day. If it didn’t have that component I would love these but unfortunately they aren’t drinkable for me for that reason.
