Arrived the next day
It arrived the next day. I ordered it the night before and it came the next day. That never happens. The book is amazing too. It has everything I need to learn altering and making clothes. It is very well written and easy to understand. I can't wait to get started. Highly recommend this book. Nothing like going old school when you need to learn something. Books are good and this book is hard back so won't rip easily. We'll impressed.

Molto fotografico

Not very accurate
I bought this book and read every single instruction before trying the first skirt pattern. Then I realized some of the instructions were contradicting themselves and I got pretty confused. Also the skirt pattern was not accurate, and had trouble piecing it together. I’m teaching myself how to sew my own garments as a hobby and because I have no teacher I was hoping to be able to rely completely on this book, so I was a little disappointed.

Excellent buy!
I'm really impressed with the book! Excellent for beginners (which is my case). Can recommend. There aren't that many patterns, but there are a lot of different techniques described which can be used to alter basic patterns into more personalised designs.
