Excellent support, good uniform brightness.
Worked great in my 2013 WRX, until it didn't. I had a bulb go out and I emailed the company, they responded same-day offering to send a replacement, originally we thought the ballast went out but after receiving the replacement ballast and discovering it was the bulb, they send a new pair of replacement bulbs no questions asked. The bulbs are bright without being massively overkill, having a couple vehicles with HID's these match OEM performance without being "that guy" on the road blinding oncoming drivers. If you have a projector vehicle with factory halogens, this is an excellent upgrade to modernize your headlights without needing to replace Amazon quality LED's that inevitably die every 6 months. (Do not use HID's and LED's in reflective housings, they'll upward cast into drivers eyes, and give you less visibility bad weather like rain, fog, and snow, stick to over bright halogens if you need a bit of extra lighting for reflective headlights. Bad beam patterns are worse than insufficient light!) The 6000K is a little bit more on the blue side than I expected, giving a bit of that hospital room fluorescent green to everything, I'd highly recommend leaning toward 5000k if you're looking for a more pure white/OEM look, but only 6000k had 2 day shipping when I ordered. The HID's only take around 10 seconds to heat up and hit around 90% brightness, the other 10% comes through over the next minute or so, similar to a CFL bulb. I highly recommend these as a simple bolt in upgrade for projector headlights, I'd keep expectations in line with the price tag but it's good to know the seller backs their warranty.

DO NOT BUY!
I picked up a set of these for my wife's 2014 CRV. Installation was very simple and they fit just like the oem bulbs. I did find it odd that they only plug into one headlight harness, but they worked so I didn't think much of it. The problems started 5 days after installing them. One bulb stopped working. So I brought it into my shop the next day ( I'm a MECP certified autotech with 30 years of 12v install experience under my belt ). Once I pulled it into my shop to test I realized the other bulb had gone out too. At this point I started testing with my trusty DMM to determine what went wrong. It turned out both ballasts had died. No fuses were blown, and both bulbs still worked when supplied with power. Fortunately one of the good things about buying from Amazon is the return/exchange policy. Just got a new set for free, shipped the old ones back, and I'm going to install them (again) into my wife's CRV over the weekend. If they work, and last, I'll increase my rating to 4 stars. If they fail again, I'll reduce it to one and get my money back. Update: Got a new set and it lasted ONE DAY before the ballast died. Changing my review to one star. Sorry, but this product is poorly made. Getting a refund now. DO NOT BUY!

Great quality, thet work amazing with projector lenses. Much better than LEDs
Great quality and improved my headlights brightness like 10 fold. I bought them in November 2024 and so far they work perfect. HUGE improvement compared to my original H1 incandescent light bulbs and much better pattern and brightness than LED bulbs. I own a 2001 VW Beetle 1.8T which has the factory projector lens headlights. This is very important because the LEDs don't work well with projector lenses. the HID ones have a full spectrum and ominidirectional light that the lens can focus and create a bright, clean beam, compared to the scattered and spotty ones using LED light bulbs. Highly suggest to have these installed professionally. I used two 30 amp relays (one per ballast) connected to the battery (with a fuse of course) and two fresh grounds to have a solid connection. The old 12v original power from the switch is now used to trigger the relays and bring clean, powerful energy to the ballasts. Everything has been performing great and my headlights work absolutely great, have great visibility at night and have a nice clean, beam with a cutoff to not blind oncoming traffic. Highly recommended!

BEST Amazon HID KIT
So I bought these for my 2017 Dodge Durango after I installed them they went out 24 hours later and they blew my fuse for my headlamps contacted support very responsive very quick and helped me figure out why so every brand of car is different I bought the right kit with the wrong ballast he sent out the correct ballast which is the Canbus Error Ballast switched them out today and here we are hopefully they will not burn out but so far so good I’m loving them I can see so much now on the road compared to the halogens before!!!!! Picture and video below *** UPDATE Going on over a month now and they are still just as amazing from when I first put them in so glad I made the choice to go HID’s over continuing to try LED’s Second Update*** It’s been over a year now and since then it’s very changed up a lot I no longer use this kit I went with a more expensive kit but recently I just tried to see if the ballast and the bulbs still works and yes they do so regardless I recommend this kit to people who are super budget friendly and wanna upgrade their projector headlights from halogens

Not good quality
Worst lights ever. Lasted 2 weeks and been constantly fighting them to turn on, after another week they will not work at all. They flick on for half a second and then right back off bo matter what i do. I would leave 0 stars if i could.

Not satisfied with the brightness? You may need new projector buckets.
***update - installed the bi-xenon projectors and it really improved the light output by a lot, these lights are very bright. I had to drop to 4-stars because my left ballast went out after, I'd estimate 3 hours of use. After the car sat overnight, the ballast started working the following night. I've only found it did this one time so far, but I suspect this will be an ongoing problem. I'll keep an eye on it and if it does it again, I'll see what Innovited does for a replacement and go from there. (2010 Honda Insight, keep in mind, my OEM headlight projector housing buckets are very deteriorated, it's very dangerous to drive at night with how little light the headlights were producing) So far, so good after a week. I'll update the reviews once I get everything completely installed and tested properly. The 5000k is not pure white, however my headlight reflector has one side which is lined with a blue reflector, so that is likely causing the slight blue hue. I did a lot of research and found that OEM headlights using projector buckets mounted inside, the reflective aluminum coating will sometimes deteriorate and prevent the light from reflecting and projecting properly. I knew this would likely be the case for my car, so I wanted to give the HID's a try first to see if any improvement, and order a set of universal bi-xenon projector lenses later, if needed. Just switching to the HID's alone were about a 20% brightness improvement over the basic Sylvania bulbs. A very noticeable improvement, but not quite to where I'd call it good. Quite a bit of equipment and wiring needing installed though for only 20% improvement, IMO. Installation was rather easy though, and it was direct plug n' play. I ordered some cheap aftermarket bi-xenon 2.5" projector lenses not realizing they only accept H1 bulbs (also H4 & H7 with supplied adapters), my H11 bulbs would not work. I went ahead and ordered two Innovited H1 5000k bulbs. I've tested these bulbs and projectors outside of the headlight housing and can confirm, they are super bright. In order to open the headlights to make the projector swap, they need to bake (or heat gun) to loosen the adhesive, so I'll be doing this over the weekend when I have more time. It's going to be nice to see at night again.

Bad harness, color temp issues, not an easy install
My application is a 2018 Ford Transit, reflector style lamps. I've finally got these up and running, but there were challenges that you may want to consider. 1. The install can be challenging. The ballast and I assume the canbus resistor module components are bulky, with short wiring to the headlights, so installing it all was a bit tricky. As only the ballast offers screw holes for mounting (no screws supplied) and the wire length was limiting, I did have to resort to using zip ties for everything. The supplied zip ties were not enough length, quantity or quality, especially if you have to try different mounting options like I did. Be prepared with lots of longer, stronger zip ties and plenty of time and patience! (You should take notice that Innovited recommends professional installation. I'm a very experienced car and motorcycle enthusiast with decades of mechanical and electrical experience. I've done HID kits in a number of cars. Reliability is highly dependent on the quality of the install. I would not recommend this or any HID conversion kit as a DIY install unless you are patient and have the skill.) 2. The wiring harness quality has me concerned. The connectors are all plug and play, but the quality of the connections are not OEM solid. I had trouble getting some connectors to stay together. Mare concerning is that after installation I even had one wire pull out of the connector, leaving me with one light out for two weeks while I processed a return and replacement. 3. Bulb fit & beam pattern isn't great. The length of the HIDs are longer than original halogens, and in my case make contact with an internal reflector component. This caused very frustrating alignment issues and terrible beam patterns. I removed and reinstalled them a dozen times, slightly tweaking that internal reflector where it contacts the HID lamp. After much trial and error my beam pattern is now acceptable and allows me to align it to not blind oncoming traffic. (To be fair, the factory Ford Transit beam pattern sucks even with stock halogens, and was also horrendous with LED bulbs I tried.) If your beam is a blob that cannot be aligned and oncoming traffic is giving you the high beam salute, you should pay close attention to how the bulbs are fitting your housing. 3. Color temp - I originally ordered the 6000K "Crystal White", but found them to be too blue for my tastes. I drive unlit back country roads and the asphalt just absorbs this color spectrum, so it's really not the bright lighting I had hoped for. This color seems better suited for urban environments. Since I had to return them anyway because of the defective harness, I opted to order a 4300k kit instead. When that arrived I installed it and as others here have reported, they sent the wrong color temp... the 4300k "OEM Yellow" looked identical to the 6000K "Crystal White" in a side by side comparison. (I've since written Innovited about getting the correct color temp and am awaiting an answer... but I truly dread having to change and realign lamps again.) To be candid, if I were to start over, I'd probably not bother. While the brightness is better than OEM halogens, and the canbus version did it's job of not showing bulb fault warnings or flicker, the beam pattern, defective harness, color temp and time consumed were more frustrating than I expected.

2012 Ford Fusion
These Hids were quite eventful! Installed in my 2012 ford fusion the light output was great! The cutoff was sick! Come the problems! I’m running switchback led drl and that’s a big no no for hid low beams. If I did not have the auxito switchback drls the would work but I do and they don’t! Ended up returning. ALSO it fried my noco maintainer.
