Lets begin with a disclaimer that this CASIO G-SHOCK Mudmaster is a real masterpiece adventure watch and not a toy built by fancy mobile phone manufacturer. So if you love Apple watch then don't waste your time here as this is not for you. The watch body and toughness: The watch is cased in Thailand with Japanese movement. Watch case is built with ultimate toughness and literally indestructible - trade mark for G-SHOCK watches. Bezel is three layered - first resin layer at the bottom, then carbon fibre skeleton (you can see the carbon fibre threads) and finally a transparent resin top layer - cannot imagine a stronger bezel than this. It has mineral glass and you do not need to worry about scratches at all. Watch back is carbon core guard protected - the underneath stainless steel cover is protected by a outer carbon cover - indestructible in deed. The 6 metal buttons on the body are made to last - you can feel the literally toughness. The watch is 20 bar water resistant which means you can dive upto 200 meters into the sea without having to worry. As its G-SHOCK so needless to say that it is shock resistant. And as it comes from the Mudmaster family, it can handle mud exposure with ease. The band is made of top quality resin on a carbon fibre skeleton - would last lifetime without worry. Sensors and features: Its quad sensors - temparature, altitude, barometer, digital compass, step tracker work with ultimate accuracy. Step tracker accuracy is much superior than any smart watch. It can show next sunrise and sunset timming accurately. You can set your multicity world clock as per need. And all other standard G-SHOCK features are available including stopwatch, timer, multiple alarms, led light, etc. Connectivity: The watch connects with G-SHOCK app and makes life super easy. Your adventure logs with pictures are saved - excellent feature. The watch connects with the app couple of times in the day to adjust time automatically and to show you accurate time always. Cons: It comes with replacable battery and with normal use battery will have to be changed in about 2 - 3 years. Casio could have given the tough solar battery which automatically recharges and lasts for 10+ yrs. Final comments: Its a must have watch for real watch lover and ultimate companion for sports or adventure personality. Looks amazing on your wrist and gives a macho look. Just go for it and you will love it!
