Not official and not always accurate
This is not an official workbook for dr Fengs ‘The Obesity Code’.It’s badly written, and in places confusing and does not accurately describe the ideas and evidence in ‘The Obesity Code’If you are simply using it to test your understanding of the original book then it just about manages to do thatAs long as you only use the questionsBut don’t bother trying to use it as a stand alone book.

Terrible product, seems to be translated wording
I don’t know where to begin. I can forgive some typos but there shouldn’t really be too many in a professionally published book but this takes it to a whole new level. It reminds me of translated instructions you get with a lot of products on Amazon. The summary of the info seemed to match the book well but then the questions in the workbook seem ridiculous. It asks, “Were you able to achieve your desired weight size?” “Do you think your weight loss/weight gain methods are effective?” Now why on earth would I be reading this book and doing a workbook if I was at my desired weight and I had effective methods. Also the “checklist” and “action steps” are a joke. How is “sugar kills!” a checklist item. This is just a poor product. I wouldn’t waste your money.

Save your cash.
This "workbook" reiterates exactly what the book says, it's just abbreviated. Not necessary. Wasted my money.

Very good source of info
Being someone who has struggled with weight my whole life, book really helped to explain based on science why some people struggle more than others. Written in very easy to understand the science. I really recommend.

Not good.
You don't need this workbook. It's full of grammatical errors, typos etc. I found it completely unprofessional and frankly unnecessary. Save yourself the time and money and just buy the actual book by Jason Fung.
