Park ToolBag 15 Carry Bag for PRS-15

Should the bag hold the PRS-25 with clamp head mounted, or do I need to remove the clamp head to put the stand in the bag?

The Park website says that the Bag-15 works for the PRS-25 repair stand. Does anyone know whether that is so?

Can it hold about 25lbs? I have a scooter about 25lbs and I want to use this bag to carry. Thank you!
