It really works however….
24 hr pain block is strong. Apply it sparingly. You do not need a lot! It will burn, especially if you perspire. I use gloves to apply. Even after “scrubbing” hands after use, don’t even get your hands near your eyes or tender parts. This used to be an 1 oz container. It is now .5 oz and cost has more than doubled since 2020. I was blessed to find it, even if outdated, believe me, it still works. Our local super market and Walmart no longer carry it because of cost. It doesn't sell. Can’t afford it.

Works well !
I was afraid the roll on wouldn't work as well as the cream, but I was wrong......it works just as well, lasts longer, and I don't have to worry about washing my hands afterward !

No pain some relief
My wife pulled a muscle and was in pain for a long time. Shes used this product a few times now and her pain is now much more tolerable and its helpng. I can tell she is walking better

Works for hours
I usually put this on my knees and foot before going to work and can still feel it working over 4 hrs later. Switched to this from BioFreeze. I've ordered this 3 times now. Highly recommend for sore muscles
