My husband is heading to Scout camp in a couple of weeks and needed a laundry bag to take with him for his dirty clothes. I found bags in our local big box store but they didn't seem that they would be large enough for a week's worth of his laundry. I saw that this laundry bag is 28 36" so it should be large enough for all of the dirty clothes he can put in it. The bag is made of 100% cotton with a drawstring that has a cord lock. The cotton will let the clothing breathe so it will not get mildew on it. This is a well made, large, basic laundry bag that will work for campers, college students and anyone that needs to contain a week's worth of laundry.

It's worth noting this item was not used as a laundry bag, but as a costume prop, and my review reflects as such.This is a sturdy cotton bag that we used to haul several pounds of hard candy (as well as a change of clothes and a wallet) around a convention. It held up exceptionally well; no holes, no broken rope. It wasn't the most comfortable thing to carry about, but it isn't fully designed to be carried over one's shoulder for long distances.The texture of the bag itself is a little rougher than I expected; it feels a bit like canvas more than it does cotton. This isn't a pro or a con, just something that surprised me.We have not needed to wash the bag as of yet, so I can't attest to how well it holds up in a conventional washer or dryer, or if it should be hand washed and hung up.All in all, this bag held up through a good amount of trekking all weekend, and served it's purpose well.

Large and ready for multiple laundering. I needed to replace my old army laundry bags since I prefer a bag that can get laundered with the laundry rather than a plastic basket when taking my laundry to the laundromat.I have used it now for several months and I do laundry often. So far it's withstood the washing without fraying or other "wear".The string and clasp are heavy duty also. Great value for the cost.

We bought this laundry bag as a replacement for the 36" wicker hamper we keep in our bathroom. The bag is just what we were looking for; nicely sized with durable fabric and a drawstring. Thus far it is holding up well to its purpose; we carry it up and down stairs loaded up with laundry just about daily. FYI, for estimation purposes, the laundry our family of five generates each day about fills this bag. The bag hangs over the wall of our hamper a bit while fitted inside and pulls tight around the hamper as we fill it. As laundry bags go this one is a good buy and should last a good amount of time. I went in not expecting brass eyelets for the drawstring (thanks to the reviewers who pointed that out) and in fact did not get a bag with them - but overall this laundry bag was a good buy that performs its laundry holding/transporting function admirably.If there is no update here assume the bag continues to hold up well.

Holds a lot of clothes. The material is very thick and strong for when I’m carrying heavy loads. It has held up nicely with weekly use. Great quality for price. Would recommend!

Sizing does not fit over my basket (and my basket was skinny!!!) but I love the cotton and I can use it to conceal my laundry

I thought it's a good cotton bag, but it is so light. And so fragile, I was already taking very good care so it doesn't torn, but final after maybe a 10 use it torn itself. Look at the pictures you will know.Total waste of money.

It's good but you will need to do the stiching over since it's gets lose eventually and since it's nylons mixture the stitching get lose and you need to redo it or get a newer one that's not nylons mixture.

Nice size! I'm going to use this bag for my bottle returns. I can use it over and over. Wash it too.
