This training aid is really helpful and have perfect elbow sleeve function. So it is 'two for the price of one' deal. Two thumbs up.

Simple and very effective method

I liked this product very much. It really helped me with my forehand ground strokes. It was a little tough to figure out the directions at first and how to use it. I wish the clip that fastens onto the wristband was a little tighter because at times it was slipping out. I still have to test it out on volleys, so hopefully I'll get to that. Overall, it is a good product and I will continue to use it to improve my game. I received this item at a discount for my honest review.

It was difficult to get used to, not for the training aspect, just to figure out how it was all put together. Should have been simple. I wouldn't buy it again, although I believe in the principle as a training tool and can see where someone else might have better luck.

I was on the fence on purchasing this item.... but the price was right so I through caution to the wind. I don’t know who came up with this simple contraption... but I’ll be damned if it hasn’t helped keep my wrist positioned properly! Using it while I practice allowed muscle memory to kick in Improving my matches immensely!

This product is an very effective teaching aid which helps produce a laid-back wrist in some students for whom found it impossible to do. The concept is great, but the design is complicated and difficult to adjust. The quality of material is bad as evidenced by many threads flying loose from the material.

I recently purchased a PermaWrist for a USPTA tennis professional to try with his students, that I also teach. The results using this training aid have been fantastic. The kids age 7-65 learn how to hit a volley correctly within 15 minutes use. It works, also, great for forehands and backhands as advertised. I now find it hard to find the PermaWrist...why...the Pro carries it in his pocket while on the court...he likes it that much. We both highly recommend this tennis training aid, it works as advertised. Thank you PremaWrist

This was a real waste of money. The band doesn’t stay on the arm.
