DHCBrightening Sunscreen SPF 30 Broad Spectrum 30ml

I use this as a base sunscreen for when I go outside to tan, and as a finish coat on top of my 4-step DHC skincare regimen as I like to have a minimum 15 SPF (this is 30) on whenever I leave the house, which is one reason people think I'm 20 years younger than I am.This stuff is great. It stays in place and no matter how much I sweat it doesn't go anywhere. As a base layer sunscreen, it keeps the Banana Boat 100 I put on after from clogging my pores, and while that sweats off and I need to redo it every hour or so, you need a good cleanser to wash this off afterward.Note: be moderate in your application, a little goes a loooooooong way with this sunscreen, which is why the bottle is so much smaller than other facial sunscreens. A couple dabs of this spreads over your whole face without leaving any powdery/streaky finish. The urge is of course to put on an amount like you do with a normal sunscreen, but as this is mineral based you only need a tiny layer for maximum protection as the minerals reflect the UV from your skin.When I lived on Maui, a friend of mine used a different mineral based sunscreen and it gave you a chalky appearance when you put it on; this one spreads much, much better.

This used to be my favorite sunscreen, they took it off market and discontinued it for awhile and brought this out, this is not the same stuff, this is very drying it barley moves across skin, and left my skin feeling tight and white I returned it

I like better than most. It does leave that white shires people talk about, but I smooth it out some more a d it’s gone. Actually, most sun screen creams are like this. But this one doesn’t feel greasy. Feels good enough for work and normal daily outings. I put on heavier ones if spending a good amount of time outside.

Not good for people with any pigmentation in their skin. This leaves a chalky white sheen on skin.

I have used DHC sunscreen for over 22 years. The product that is being sold in the states is not good. This sun screen seems like something designed for the body but not my face. It is too thick for using on my face. I am very loyal for DHC but I am very disappointed.
