Each serving was Approx. a cup. It was nice to eat Rice again. **Q: Where is this made? Where is the palm grown? Certified organic?** A: The label on the can says this product is made in Ecuador. Distributed by OA foods LLC out of Miami Florida. **Q: How long is the shelf life unopened?** A: There is a "packaged on" date on the package and a "best by date" for example the order I recieved a few weeks ago has a packeged by date of 2-22-2021 and a best by date of 8-24-2022.
