Have no idea how many carats it is but it's not CZ, it's a lab created Sapphire, and to everyone reading this (including "the self proclaimed expert" that reports people for calling it what it is, a sapphire) YES a lab created sapphire absolutely is a real sapphire it's just not natural sapphire; just like lab created diamond are in fact real diamonds they're just not natural diamonds, natural meaning not taken from the earth.

Q: Is this rhodium plated?

Not sure if it’s plated. But it’s sterling silver. I have it for many years and It hasn’t tarnished.
