Don’t know if the flavoring is artificial, but our cat absolutely loved it. No problem whatsoever getting her to take it.

Is there and sugar in this?

Fructose is the 3rd inactive ingredient on the list after all the active vitamins are listed and the vitamins added up are 26.35 mgs and 58 mcg total per 2 ml given
