Product is good, there was a complaint after I got the product and I contacted the customer service and an executive named Sourav came in to help and resolved my issue within no time. He even did follow up everyday until it resolved. Thank you so much.

Very good product but belts are short
Using it for my 9 month old since last 2 months, very comfortable in its price and category though the belts seem very short and cannot be adjusted. I doubt whether it can be used till age of 5 yrs

Worst Purchase
Such a bad experience with this car seat. I bought 2 last month and facing same problem with car seat. I can’t tight or loosen this belt. Please don’t purchase, I agree with quality and comfortable. One metal piece behind which is using to tighten and loosen belt but this metal piece goes to the spring and keep stuck there. Also the belt always out of metal piece and causing poor safety. Worst purchase ever

Good product and excellent customer service
The product is of good quality. The LuvLap Galaxy Convertible Car Seat is easy to install and can be conveniently removed when not in use. However, I encountered an issue with the seat buckle clip, which became jammed after approximately two months of use. I contacted customer care to request a replacement part. I appreciate their prompt response, as they arranged for the replacement to be sent. They also provided instructional videos, which were helpful in guiding us through the process of replacing the buckle clip.

Good after sale support
Good product. But most importantly they have good service support as well. I had to recently remove the entire cushion from the seat with all equipments and the customer support team (Saurav) helped me step by step to fix back everything in place. So a trustworthy brand indeed.
