Good books (all 5 of them). Reminiscences of being a grad student. Read them and gave them to a current crop of grad students.

Funny, depressingly real... a must have to laugh after a failure experiment, a meeting with your supervisor or a frustrated session with some undergraduates...A must have for every PhD student...
