Not great.
Really not great as a lamp. Once lit up it actually looks quite bad, as you can really see all the areas where the plastic is thicker - leaving big, ugly, dark blotches all over it.Second, it is battery powered - a completely obselete practice in this day and age, usb power/recharging being far more suitable and hardly any more expensive to produce. (On top of that it, takes AAA batteries - not AA as claimed in the product description.)It gets 3 stars however as it does function, and looks decent enough as just a standard figure when not lit up.

boo!
there’s no ‘remote control’? i don’t know if there is meant to be the review just asked me about it...very cute lamp and pretty bright, just not that you can see some of the plastic work through the light as it is white plastic with a light inside...it’s not as aesthetically pleasing as you may think but still cute.

Immediately broke
Broke within 2 minutes. The button is extremely flimsy and my 7 year old pushed it to turn it off and it got broke. The top part is in the base now. So, I guess it is always on.Cute thing but terribly made, especially for the money. Think pound store plastic.

Bit smaller then I liked
A bit smaller then I anticipated, the button that turns it on is slightly dodgy, for an adult is ok but for a 5 n 7 yr old who doesn't understand the word delicate can be a bit frustrating however overall nice Mario memorabilia to add to the collection

Excellent quality, great for any Mario fan
My son loves mario and Boo, ideal night light not to bright. little button on the front turns it on and off so it is easy to use
