Great Tuna
This was absolutely the best tuna I have ever tasted. I left it with the olive oil added black olives, lemon zest, sea salt and black pepper. Can't wait to try it in sauce.

Excellent Italian Tuna
Top quality Italian tuna. Perfect in tuna salad or on top of a green salad. I will order again.

Tastes better than premium canned brands, but at 4 times the cost
Ventresca tuna (the meat closest to the belly) is very expensive and always overpriced, however it is choice ingredient for gourmet dishes specifing tuna. I purchased a four bottle packet and one of the bottles contained small pieces instead of fillet. This is not a problem for certain dishes where pieces are acceptable, but I should have not been charged the full price for this bottle.
