Leaks along side when you pump for soap

It’s a nice looking, modern soap dispenser and matches everything well. Easy install and is working without any real major issues. My only concern is it doesn’t feel like it stays positioned when pushing down on it, and can tilt at times. It’s odd how it just doesn’t fully push into place. Other than that, it’s perfectly fine. It’s nice, and heavy, what you should expect from kohler. I’d buy it again, even with my concern.

First bad review I’ve ever made of anything Kohler. The spout popped off and you can’t put it back on and Kohler won’t replace. 1.5 years old only…

DO NOT BUY - This dispenser leaks everywhere - actual response from Kohler - Laura with Kohler Co. I am sorry your soap dispensers have been experiencing soap running down them. This may be due to soap that is too thin. I would suggest using SoftSoap brand. If the unit continues to be problematic, please email our Customer Service team at [email protected].
