This is either used, a quality control reject, or counterfeit.
Filter arrived in a damaged box, not shrink wrapped. Box is bent and scuffed up. In the box, the filter was inside a Velcro pouch and loosely wrapped in what looks like a dryer sheet. The adjustment ring is very loose and gritty, rattles around a little bit, and the threads show signs of dirt/rust. The filter itself is covered in dust from this dryer sheet/tissue and it's got finger prints or some kind of oily crud on it.Do not buy! These are counterfeit, factory rejects, or used items.I'm returning this immediately. This sucks!
