I spent a long time deciding on a new travel mug and researching reviews etc and finally decided to buy the BruGo leak travel mug, but unfortunately, I am very disappointed with it.Firstly the good point - it does not leakThe bad points- it is almost impossible to rotate the lid to be able to drink when it has liquid in it. It is incredibly stiff, and the only way I've found to do it is to take the lid off completely and unlock it and put it back on, which kind of misses the point of having a travel mug.- the rim is metal and this gives off a metallic aftertaste to your drink.- it does not keep a hot drink hot for very long, it tends to be tepid after just one hour.- The writing to unlock or sip is the same colour as the lid and you cannot read it.In hindsight, I would not have purchased this item as it is not very practical and I cannot recommend it.Unfortunately, I have used it so probably cannot return it for a refund.
