we use it and our vitamin levels are normal, I can only recommend it, the secret is probably regularity good quality, good effect skin, good price ,good feel teste, effectiveness normally i think, Ease of swallow yes

Just started using
Have just started taking these, started with 1 per day, now on week two and taking 2 per day. Not feeling so tired, weight still the same. Early days will review again after a couple of months.

I didn't find it helped at all.

Didn’t work as expected…
So I got these to assist in weight loss. I don’t think they have assisted at all, but one thing it has done is help me sleep. What ever is in them helps to quieten my mind and let me drift off to a more peaceful sleep.

Value for money
Good set of suplements locked in capsules. As natural and bought recently, have to wait for the results. Good value for money. Bought to mainly help with my sleeping problems. I can confirm that works for me well. On the top of it, noticed higher level of energy during the day, which also helped a lot in my daily routines. Capsules easy to swallow with big glass of water only. Great combination of natural suplements, nicely packed and easy to use. Definitely I will buy again.

I will carry on with them
The smell of the capsule isn't very pleasant and when you take them they taste the same i usually have a couple of biscuits with them. I don't know if they help yet as i don't fell any different. But i will carry on with them.

Didn’t make any difference although taking vitamins is never a waste of time

I ordered this product end of July 2023. The best by date batch number on the bottom says best by 5/25/2022. The product shipped was outdated.
