Bioflect® Compression Arm Sleeves Wrap with Bioactive Fibers and Raised Massaging Knit - for Support and Comfort

I bought the black one a few weeks ago since I always have bloating in my armpits and arms (everywhere in my upper body really) due to hypothyroidism and other issues. Minor compared to people who suffer from lymphedema but still noticeable for me. I got liposuction years ago but the arm sleeves I had from back then are loose now. These are awesome, they give the right amount of tight compression without discomfort and feeling like your blood flow is cut off, haha. No issues with digging into the armpit but I do like that due to the shape, it does still compress there, something you can't get from the individual-type arm sleeves that only go up to your upper arm, you know? I loved them so much I bought this beige one. No issues with the back riding up or anything like that.On your first wear, if you find it uncomfortable like the back is pulling on the back of your neck, try flipping it upside down. After the first wear it really doesn't matter which way you wear it as it will stretch a bit (but not get overly loose). I think that's why they don't label which side is up since either it doesn't make a difference after the first wear, or if it does, then which side you prefer to be up may be based on your own body and fit.For reference, I bought a small/medium. My upper arm circumference is about 10". I'm 5'2", weight is about 120 lbs. The size is good for me. Honestly if they ever go on sale I might buy another...

I wasn't sure what to expect,I was unable to exercise after breast surgery and this did the trick to minimize any swelling in my arms or lymphadema related to fluid shift- They're also very comfortable. I don't care about the little marks that it makes on my arm. It disappears pretty quickly when removed I have to to remind myself to take it off. it feels that good.

The arm comfort is good but what makes this item that I don’t recommend is because the 1/2 of the back side rolls up to the neck all the time it doesn’t stay down. When wearing a blouse the back side roll up sticks out of the neck and is very noticeable.

This is a very comfortable garment recommended by my surgeons office. The only issue is the stitching is coming out after a few days. I’m hoping it’s just this one and the replacement isn’t an issue.

Not sure if it's met the need yet. I bought for my mom who has arthritis in her shoulders and upper arm.

I had liposuction performed on my upper arms, and purchased a sleeve garment from Marena for ~$75. Marena has wonderful post surgical garments, but they need to go back to the drawing board on their sleeves, because the one I ordered cut into my armpits, and was hindering my healing process.Fast forward three weeks, my armpits were raw, and I was at my wits end. I ordered the bioflect sleeve as a last ditch effort, not expecting much but it is amazing. No more pressure or digging into my armpits, and the compression is perfect. This sleeve is so comfortable, I’m ordering a second one!If you’re looking for post surgical arm sleeves, save your time and money - skip the other brands and order this one immediately.

This product works and relieves swelling in the upper arm and back as a result of radiation scarring and lymph node removal and scarring. Thank you for this innovative product!
