I also bought with Prime so it was delivered in 2 days by common carrier and the box and all it's contents were perfect. Lay out all the pieces first, attach all backs to seats and then follow the rest of directions. I attached all the final pieces together except one to make easier to put around tree. I suggest that if you use a drill you be gentle with it so that you don't overdrive the screws attaching the seat to the back. I used a razor knife to shave a little bit of wood where the backs meets the seat (first step)but it's not necessary, I also counter sunk the pre drilled holes on the backs to make the screws sit flush but, again , this is not necessary. Last tip is to use a clamp to line up the pieces when you bolt them together. I did this to line up the pieces when I was putting it around tree.The bench is really sturdy once is put together and it looks fantastic. All the neighbors want one now!Good Luck, ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product with some TLC *by D***S on August 17, 2016* For the money an excellent product. Arrived undamaged and with all parts. Wood quality good. I don't believe with the existing finish it would hold up outdoors more than a season or two. I applied three coats of Minwax Pro Series Spar Polyurethane Clear Gloss. Went on easily, but took a long time. Min wax tells you to lightly sand before applying first coat. Don't. Light sanding removes the stain. Lightly sand after first coat of polyurethane.Instructions straight forward. As noted in other reviews do not over tighten screws or bolts. Getting legs on a bit awkward as you go around the tree. While securing one set of legs I would prop.up the end of the bench with the next set of legs. Seemed to work Took under 2 hours to completeat by myself. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FOR THE PRICE..,.CAN'T BE BEAT! LOVE IT! *by R***0 on August 12, 2016* This is a beautiful product. Received it at 5:00 pm and put it around the tree by 8:00 p.m. A great DIY project that really adds a new dimension to the back yard property. I'm not sure how long it will last but I plan to set it on pavers and surround it with gavel to extend its life. Only one wood screw missing to attach the back, but everyone has appropriate wood screws available (or borrow one from the three provided to put on each piece of skirting). The skirting really adds to the quality look of the piece. I wasn't expecting that and, truthfully, the bench looks just as finished without it. Try this one out in your backyard and you'll be happy. A lot of people appear to be picky about missing washers or screws and the weight of the wood. But, hey, this is a very reasonable wrap-around bench that is easy to put together with minimal DIY skills. Looks good! Costs great! Time to assemble excellent!
