Good Quality Brand
Was told to take this with my anti-depressants. Not sure it that was just some weird pitch by the DNA company but I came here and got it cheaper than a prescription. Also not willing to take 15 mg. It's just a B vitamin which are water soluable so they aren't stored by the body. Would be better off taking a dose 3 times a day than just once.

Great Support for Methylation
I have a genetic MTHFR defect, and I take this along with Solgar MB12 5000 mcg and Pure Encapsulations B Complex Plus to help support methylation. So far so good! Worked up from 1/4 of a tablet to a full tablet and did not have any side effects. Years-long fatigue and brain fog are slowly but surely going away.
