- IMPORTANT: The N716-17-18-8L reel is not intended for vertical lift applications. For vertical lift applications or to use 1/2" hose containing heavy liquids, we recommend the N716-19-20-10.5J.
- WHAT'S INCLUDED: One (1) N716-17-18-8L Hannay Reels spring rewind hose reel. The reel is made from heavy gauge steel and will come painted in a durable graphite gray paint. The reel comes with a pre-installed 1/2" swivel joint. The rollers will come in the position you see in the picture which is a TR roller position and are suitable for most situations. This is a package deal so you will also receive a pre-installed 3/8" x 50' 300 PSI hose and hose stop.
- APPLICATIONS: Hannay Reels N700 Series hose reels can handle 1/4" through 1/2" ID hose and are ideal for Lubrication, Air, Water, Steam, Assembly Operations, Washdown, Air Tools, High Pressure and General Industrial Applications. All Hannay Reels come with a 3-year factory warranty.
- QUALITY: The N700 Series hose reel is supported by a dual support frame and maintenance-free dual precision-grade bearings that have a load capacity rated to 2800 pounds for smooth rotation. The bearings have upgraded rubber seals to keep dirt and dust out. The Hannay N700 hose reel has heavy gauge steel construction for maximum durability and the fluid path is contoured to match the curve of the reel so hose will wrap smoothly around the drum.
- DURABILITY: Our reels are built with durability in mind. Heavy gauge rolled-edge discs for extra rigidity, a continuous fluid path for additional strength and less leaks, and a steel dual frame gives superior support to the hose reel. A ratchet locking assembly is standard to prevent jamming and lock out, so the hose reel is always working for you.
- SERVICEABILITY: Hannay spring rewind hose reels are equipped with a fully enclosed external spring motor for easy and safe maintenance and replacement. Externally mounted 90-degree steel swivel joints are quickly accessible for lubrication and seal replacement. Four-way roller assemblies can be easily replaced so you don’t have to buy a new hose reel. Almost every single part on the hose reel is readily available and can be easily replaced or serviced.
