Works like a space heater - not a single source of heating
Decent space heater. I like that there is no flame or parts that can ignite a fire. It’s also totally quiet. I live in the mountains in Southern Vermont - the past 10 days the temp has gone down below zero every day and we had over 2 feet of snow but this is a wonderful place if you love outdoor sports in the cold. My apartment has 2 main sources of heat - radiator auxiliary and a state of art electric heating and cooling system. I use this heater only if it goes below 68 inside and in an interior bathroom which feels warm going into the shower but cold when I get out. It does a good job taking the chill out of the colder areas. It works the way I thought it would. This is the second winter I’ve used it so can’t project how long it will last. Space heaters generally have a myriad of issues. If the heat goes out in my abode this won’t warm a room when the temp is zero. I would need a log stove to dent the cold. I also never turn the unit to its max because I assume this would be a problem esp if I depended on it 24/7. This is easy to move around. It has a hand space above the thermostat which works fine. I wouldn’t pull it by the cord because that, for sure, would cause issues. So, if you have the need for a major heating appliance this unit isn’t the remedy. If you want to just cut the edge of a chilly area this will work fine. It will take about an hour to see results. If you live in a warm area where it doesn’t go below the 60s a few of these would work fine like or in conjunction with radiant or hot water floor heating like you see in S California. If this conks out I will need a new plan C.

Comfortable and dependable heat
I have a 12 x 24 workshop in the backyard and this heater works very well. I have to keep an eye on what the temperature will be outside and when it got below freezing, it struggled to keep the place warm. It heats up slowly, so I keep it on 24 hours a day. The current temperature outside is 32°F and 62° inside, which is comfortably warm for me. Generally, I find it raises the temperature inside by about 30°. When it gets into the 40s outside, I turn the temperature down inside. There is no instant change in temperature so you have to think ahead a little bit. Make sure you put the wheels on because that raises it above a rug which gets a little warm, but certainly not hot. I have to walk across the snowy ground to get into my studio and I stand over the heater when I get there for a few moments and it heats me up beautifully. Very happy with this. It’s silent, not quiet. It is completely silent, except the odd click when it’s regulating itself.

Warm and Cozy
Great heater that gets warm pretty fast. Easy to step up the wheels and get working right away. Good size and very portable to move around the house. It's simple and all you need to keep warm during some cold nights.

A safer space heater.
A safe and convenient way to add warmth to a room. Takes little space and works with a thermostat so you don't have to be adjusting it yourself.

Fantastic price great for balancing crazy increasing electrical bills by data centers
I bought 2 of these just to see how my light bill would be and how warm they would keep it. With the apartment being all electric the base heaters use a crazy amount of electricity. Even keeping the heaters set at about 66 my light bill was almost $400. They for great i keep on the low settings and the temp is sitting right about 1 O'clock so slightly more than half. Keep the area temp consistent once warmed up. Oil filled heaters are some of the most efficient heaters out there with the main difference between brand is the temp sensor controller. As with that being said even with having the temp about 3 degrees higher still had a lower bill for a full month of about $90 so with getting them at about $60 each before the 2nd month is finished theyve paid for themselves over the other heaters. Just keepnin mind can take awhile to bring a consistent temp. Its not a fast heater but it'll keep the whole room at a very consistent temp was regulated

Good, warm heat without a drain on the electricity.
This is an amazing heater. It has a streamline shape & heats my livingroom nicely. I love these types of oil heaters. Arrived quickly. Our County owned electric company rates these heaters very high for using the lowest amount of power yet performing flawlessly. Its not an instant heat like forced air electric heaters so it takes time to heat the room especially if the room is large. We leave it on all night on medium heat. The living room/dining room is a rectangle approx 24 ft x 12 ft. The heat even trickles down the hall as well. I have 3 radiator-style heaters for a 1700 sq foot house; 1 master bedroom, 1 office and 1 livingroom/dining room. The other 2 are by DeLonghi. They have lasted 10 years so I expect the same from the Pelonis. Unfortunately it didn't last but a week. The plug shot sparks out of the plug & I am returning it for a full refund. This is not the brand I normally buy either. Also have a surge protector on the outlet. Never had a problem before.

Safe, basic, economical, reliable heating
Not sure what the description means by "heater for large space." I use one of these in each of two rooms--guest room and craft and plant room, ~150 sf--to keep them at 58-60 ish in the winter. I haven't tested them in larger spaces. Running at 600w, the lowest of the three settings, they do the job and barely bump the heating bill in my all-electric house. Also, when the power toggles off the heat continues to radiate from the fins. Much more efficient than the 1500w wall units that have only one power setting. The lack of flammable/sparkable heating elements is a plus. Assembly out of the box was very easy--putting the casters on--and the first heat cycle produced no smells, as often happens with new space heaters. (Good reason to always beta test them in a well vented space.) The unit is easy to move, weight-wise, though the casters get cranky on thickly piled carpet. No problem rolling it acros looped area rugs. If you run it on the highest setting and have small humans running around, you'll want to be conscious of potential for injury. But this is a basic, simple, time-tested, and proven space heating solution. Glad Pelonis continues to make this simple, no-Borg, all-manual model.

An excellent, effective heater with numerous settings. Easy to move from one room to another. I use it mostly in a very cold (in the winter) poorly insulated basement bathroom and it keeps the whole room warm and comfortable even when it is -30°C outside.

Funciona bien, venia en buenas condiciones, pero a pesar de ponerle en el máximo nivel, no calienta mucho, es muy leve :( y entre los 3 niveles que tiene no hay diferencia entre el intermedio y el máximo
