I use this in my massage therapy practice - both diffusing and mixed with lotion. My clients love it.

Wasn't sure how well this would work, as we typically use peppermint essential oil, but that is too strong for our daughter, even diluted down, do gave this one a shot. Plant Therapy ALWAYS has the best EO's as I feel like we have tried almost all of theirs and their blends. I can honestly say this helped with not only my headaches but my daughter's migraines, which nothing would touch them before. Thank you Plant Therapy!

I cannot say enough about how much I love this blend of oils. I accidentally stumbled upon it back when it was called "headache relief", and it caught my eye because of the name. This oil has been an absolute blessing. I don't get headaches super frequently anymore, so usually I just put some in a necklace diffuser and wear it around my neck. If the headache gets really bad I will put some on a q-tip and rub it on my scalp where it hurts, on my temples, and at the base of my hairline. If it's really, REALLY bad I will diffuse some in my ultrasonic essential oil diffuser. This stuff is amazing, and this is my fourth purchase of it in a couple years. I finally went for the big bottle! I am always telling friends and family about this stuff because I am so thrilled with it.

This is my go to EO! It has a nice calming and clean smell. It is not overwhelming.

I have reviewed this product before and once again can say, that I cannot live without this particular product. No other blend, that I have tried, works for my extreme muscle tension and associated migraines. Love it! My little miracle in a bottle. Seriously!

This EO blend is great on muscle spasms! I make a multipurpose pain salve that includes a generous quantity of tension relief. It's perfect for tight neck and shoulders.
