Aqua-salt, Pool salt and Sodium Choloride are all the same, I usually just use the cheapest I can find.

Does this salt have anticaking agents? Can it be used in above ground pools?

I do not know about anticaking agents. But I use it in my 16x32 in-ground pool for many years and I love it. It dissolves quickly and easy. I just start broadcasting across the pool. Water is water, does not really matter if the water is.
