Good product. melts quickly and makes a smooth product. Tastes good when mixed with cacao for some good tasting and healthier chocolate bars. Use it with different ingredients, according to your recipe, to add different flavors to your chocolate.

I wish I had gotten the tablets, I find it's better to take a uniform amount. The bricks they come in will never make for less than a few days use. Still, this stuff is great for you, smells great, tastes great in coffee.

I used this to make my own 'chocolate' which I've put in quotes because it's not actual chocolate. I melted this and mixed in carob powder, along with some coconut milk powder and stevia. It tastes exactly like chocolate! I can't even tell a difference. What I like about this product specifically is how distinctively it smells like chocolate. Usually white chocolate (made with cacao butter) doesn't smell so chocolately but this does. It's also very easy to break into pieces to use. The bag it came in appears to be very sturdy and it's easy to open/close. Will be ordering again soon.

Cacao butter smells like chocolate which is why I like buying and using it for my diy body butters. This my first time using this brand. I didn't realize it came in circle discs. I usually get them in chucks, thick square chunks. A bit hard but not too hard where you can't break them. I crack one in half to see how hard it was but it's not really that hard. It feels hard but it cracks well and definitely melts well. Oh, and I used to use cacao butter in my coffee. Imma try it in my coffee in the morning. Ivory color like shea butter. I love it anyway.b

I bought this cacao butter mainly for baking and making homemade chocolate. Overall, I’m happy with the quality. It melts smoothly, has a nice cocoa aroma, and works pretty well in recipes. I’ve used it for chocolate and desserts and it performed exactly as expected. One thing to note is that the product doesn’t look exactly like the photos in the listing. The pictures show larger chunks, but the bag I received contained thinner flakes and smaller broken pieces. This doesn’t affect functionality, in fact, the smaller pieces melt faster, but it might surprise you if you expect the exact same appearance as in the images. The butter itself seems good quality, with a light ivory color and a pleasant smell. It melts evenly and mixes well with other ingredients. A little pricey but it's organic so..
