Seaguar Gold Label Fresh & Saltwater Fishing Leader Line, 100% Fluorocarbon

This stuff is awesome, its not cheap but you get what you pay for. Holds up really well and is abrasion resistant. I use this as a fluorocarbon leader and it works great. It even helps me cast a bit further.

Seaguar Gold Label really is the gold standard. After dealing with random breakoffs and weak points from other brands and cheaper leaders, I switched to Seaguar Blue Label—and that alone was a huge upgrade. But moving up to Gold Label took things to another level. Blue Label is already excellent, but Gold Label is lighter, thinner, stronger, and noticeably more reliable. The knot strength, abrasion resistance, and overall consistency are exactly what you want when you’re fishing deep sea or targeting anything with sharp teeth or heavy structure. I’ve put this leader through plenty of pressure offshore, and it’s held up flawlessly. Zero mystery breakage, zero fraying, no surprises. Just premium, dependable performance every single trip. If you want confidence in your setup, especially offshore, Seaguar Gold Label is absolutely worth the upgrade. I highly recommend it.

This is a great fishing line for leaders. It is strong and very sensitive with braid as your main line. The diameter is excellent. On my last fishing trip with a co-angler, I was catching 4:1, and he was using the same bait, just had a heavier leader. This leader line is a little pricier than the KastKing. However, the durability of KastKing has yet to be determined.

Fast delivery and very high quality product!

A little on the spendy side but no surprises, you get what you pay for. Performs well and would purchase again even though less expensive alternatives are out there but if inconsistent quality.

Very thin, Very clear and Very strong for 12# line. Somewhat expensive for main line, but great for leaders. Can use either way. Flexible and easy to tie most knots. Substitute this 12# thin, clear line, for other brands of lighter sizes,(4#-8#) leaders, and you will land the majotity your fish!

Perfect for shallow water inshore sight fishing to red fish using artificials. Its all I use for tailing reds. It allows a little more casting distance because its thin and yet still has the strength. I would not use 20lb around oysters but the in the grass its fine. I have never had it fail and caught about 10 fish over 27 inches in the grass with no issue.

This Seaguar Leader Line is great for sneaking up on the fish. The line is crystal clear and invisible to the fishes. That means more catches and more to eat.

Upgrade to my fishing tackle box

The product itself is fine, but quantity was unclear. At the time of purchase, the descripton on amazon did not indicate how many yards... and even purposely confused buyers by picturing two different sized spools. I finally looked in the Product Specification section and saw 600yds. What i received was 25yds. Almost a buck a yard! No thanks!

Great stuff - very thin

Excelente línea, resistente y algo dócil. La extrusión concéntrica de polímeros de diferente densidad permite un buen equilibrio entre resistencia y docilidad. Es menos rígida que la Seaguar FXR, pero no tan dócil como la Seaguar Elástic. Si la comparamos con la Seaguar Tatsu (línea similar) ésta es un poco más resistente.

It seems strong and is almost invisible in the water. So far so good, but no big pike have tested it yet.
