Very happy with this purchase. This has one of the higher concentrated omega-3s ai could find and we'll worth the money. Serving size is 2 daily. The pill size is pretty large but goes down easily.

Top quality fish oil. Working in the wellness industry I know quality and this is definitely great for the price. My psychiatrist even recommended this DHA:EPA for mood. I don’t have an after taste but I can feel the difference in mood and focus when I take it consistently!

Vitamin
Can’t tell any difference between the Nature Made vitamins I have been taking for years. Cost isn’t much more and I have these on a 2 month auto reorder so there is that. Vitamins help so just make sure you take them.

Best Fish Oil I’ve tried so far
Great quality. I’ve noticed lower inflammation since taking this consistently (usually shows up as rashes, or headaches) also overall improved memory & concentration. I give this to my dog sometimes too (puncture the capsule into his food) and I’ve noticed it does not have any sort of fishy or rancid smell, like I’ve seen with other brands, so that tells me it’s great quality.
