These are excellent for massaging under my feet. They were recommended to me by a physiotherapist and really do help so much!

Although the set contains two massage balls, a smooth one and a spiky one, it is the spiky one that I use most often. Both of the balls are made of hard plastic and don't compress when used. The spiky one is truly fantastic though and has really helped cure my plantar fasciitis within a couple of weeks of use. I keep it under my desk and regularly roll my feet over the ball. It feels great when doing this and helps to stimulate blood circulation and tissue healing. I had tried using a tennis ball but it wasn't hard enough and didn't have any spikes. This set is perfect and I highly recommend it.

V helpful for bad backs

I bought these to help resolve my plantar fasciitis. They arrived quickly and are well made. Along with other exercises they have helped me to improve my condition.

These are fantastic for helping people with muscular problems. I recently injured my back and I've been using both to help ease pain and help soften the muscle (or whatever it is). The one thing to be careful of with the spiky one is if you use it against a wall it can leave a mark (especially plastered walls) so be careful where you use it!

Used as part of my wife rehabilitation following a broken wrist. For her they are too hard and not very useful
