Hydrating and lightweight
I've been a long time fan/user of O'Keefe's Working Hands cream, so I was pretty stoked when my mom told me that they also make soap! Between working in a warehouse and a mild compulsion to constantly wash my hands, my skin was beginning to look positively reptilian... Not cute. But unlike the cream (which I tend to save for over night use since it's kind of heavy on the skin), I find this soap is great to use any time. It has very minimal scent, which I appreciate, and doesn't leave behind any feelings of residue. I've actually been using the cream a lot less since I first tried the soap about a year ago and when through a very dry winter, my hands remained remarkably crack-free. This is definitely something I would (and have) repurchase(d) when I run out!

Love this hand wash!
My hands were red, super dry, and burning from so much hand washing and winter weather. After just a few days of using this hand soap along with O' Keeffe's hand cream my hands feel sooooooo much better. This soap feels so gentle and moisturizing compared to regular "moisturizing" hand soaps. IIt does not get very sudsy but I didn't expect it too. Some said this soap had a sour smell- this has not been my experience at all and I am very sensitive to off smells. It has a very light orange scent and my hands smell fresh after use. Orange scent does not linger on hands. Anyway, I bought the 4 pack to have this soap in 2 baths and kitchen and will definitely be buying the larger refill containers when I run out. So happy I found this product.

Worth the "scent"
I just received this product, very excited to see my hands after a few days. I used it for the first time and, after reading reviews, expected to smell baby vomit, and so i did. A 30year old olfactory memory of baby spit-up. So i made myself think of O'keeffe's working hands hand cream instead and kinda tricked my brain. It kinda worked. Its kinda like the smell of old school wet lubriderm or jergens. I was admittedly distracted by the stale smell on my hands for a few minutes. I kept smelling them. Im gross, i know. Here's the deal. If you are trying this product for the desperation reasons that i am and are anything like me you go through product after product looking for something that doesn't crack or burn or flake or irritate eyes by scent or rubbing or cause sinus pain or migraines or lung spasms. Im a really frequent handwasher, sjogrens patient and extremely dry, sensitive and sick person in general. To me, so far, the faint stale lotion / baby spit up odor is a welcome trade off to other products ive used - and ive used A LOT. The smell faded quickly enough, i dont think the public would have been able to smell it and im not sure i would care if they could - the suffering is real. My hands don't feel like i dipped them in acid, they feel fine in general - which is much better than normal. Hoping for better than fine as the days go by. If you suffer - this is worth trying and for me worth the "scent". Also, if you suffer like me and Working Hands hand cream wasn't your gateway product to finding this one - BUY SOME NOW! Wow!!!!!!!! I sleep with gobs of it on my hands at night once a week in latex gloves and wow wow wow what a heal! And no scent or grease or anything! Plus my hands seem better equipped to fight against future washes/irritants after using it - very much like a protective barrier is formed on my skin. Good luck to you, be well!

Best soap I've ever used!
I saw this soap when buying the O'Keefes hand cream and thought that I'd give it a try. This stuff works wonders! Most moisturizing hand soaps don't live up to expectations, this one does. Ever since I've been using this soap I have noticed that my hands are not cracked at all and actually feel soft to the touch. Their really isn't a scent to the soap but I don't really have an issue with that. Although the cost for the two bottles may be a bit pricey, it does last for a while and you will get value for the product. I plan on buying this soap more often, especially during the dry winter months as it has already become my favorite soap!

Amazing results!
I have severe topical allergies and my fingers get a rash just by touching an orange. I cringe when I see a hand sanitizer everywhere I go. I used to use La Roche Posay products, all of which work really well in warmer months. When it gets cold and dry in cold months in New England, I need a more intensive care. When I saw this product, I was skeptical. It’s an unknown brand with a suspicious appearance. I bought it only because I needed a small tube for long flights (only small quantity of liquid allowed). It gets very dry during a long plane ride. I used it when I didn’t have any rashes. To my surprise, it wasn’t as greasy as I expected and indeed you don’t feel anything but gives you good protection from dryness. I bought a bigger bottle for the body moisturizer, too, and have been very happy. It works even on my chapped fingers and doesn’t give me a stinging feel of medicated antihistamine ointments. I highly recommend it peoples with severe topical allergies. It’s well worth it!

Worked!!!
Ok the smell is not the best. But the way it cured my excessively dry irritated skin on my hands I am able to overlook the smell. It does work! My family has issues with soaps causing scaling peeling itching skin and this took it away. Again the smell is supposed to be unscented but it’s definitely not. It might be no added fragrance but it does smell not the best. Maybe a little stinky would best describe. But again it works!!!

High-priced hand soap
I bought this product to help with my extremely dry "dish hands". After a bout with dyshydrotic eczema, I needed to use a moisturizing soap. It is moisturizing, but the valve broke off immediately on one of the set (a two-pack). Also, the price is too high for the amount of soap. Will look for alternative when this runs out.
