New Universal Remote fit for All Roku TV(JVC/RCA/Philips/Element/LG/TCL and More), Roku Box/Player/Express, Bose Wave I/II/III/IV and Apple 1/2/3 Generations [NOT for Roku Stick]

Need to set up volume buttons to work with TV, haven't done that yet. It does include instructions on how to set up other buttons on remote.

The power and volume buttons don't work

I am so glad I ordered this remote. It is for our Philips Roku TV. It's so much nicer than the little remote that came with the TV. It was very easy to set up and works great. The only thing I wish is that the "OK" button was a little bigger. But other than that I am very pleased.

This universal remote, despite its bazillion buttons, has no channel numbers. If I want to change the channel, I can't just hit a 5 or a 12. It only has up and down surfing buttons.I have a Roku TV, but it's such a pain to surf the menu, that I don't bother. I just hit the shortcuts to Netflix or Prime, use broadcast channels, or I use the apps on the TV home screen. The TV setup suggested I could use my phone as a remote. NO. I don't want a thousand apps on my phone that drain my battery. I want a freaking remote with numbers. Why is that so hard? This remote is compatible with my TV. But it is no better than the remote that came with the TV.

The remote was super easy to connect to my TV and it functions for all my needs. There is no voice recognition so I’m not sure why Amazon wanted me to rate it. Only one picky thing, I wish remote fabricators would have the option to pick certain buttons to always glow for in the dark.

This would be fine for an Apple TV. Any other programming is Learn Only and only with the tiny buttons on the bottom. Universal should not be in the description. It sucks unless used for its pre-programmed features.

Good remote but I couldn't use the volume button, I have a Roku express and my TV is Konka ....any advice?

Eh, its a remote control, it had the button configuration I needed, it responds quicker than the roku app on my phone. My baby bird unfortunately thinks remotes are the best toy in the house and I have had to replace a few. If you have a destructive bird or child keep in mind that you will need to stick something metal like a key in the spot where the button was if they get to it. It doesn't have a physical bump to press underneath and you have to complete the circuit to get the tv to respond. It handles being dropped well.
