These have snap closures so they stay on. They're small and cute, so they don't take up his entire front flapping around, annoying him when he lifts his arms and it gets caught. Since these are triangular, they're decorative as well as practical and don't get in the way. It's neutral colored so it could be used for both girls or boys. I actually thought it was great in case dark colored foods got on it, she could bleach it, but she said they wash out really well so she hasn't had to do that yet. They fit well and he has a lot of room around his neck still protecting his clothing. I see him almost daily and he's usually wearing one of these bibs. I'll include a photo of how it's boxed - great for a gift! I bought these for my friend’s granddaughter. The baby’s mom just got diagnosed with cancer and I want to help provide some essentials to help ease their burdens even if it is by giving a few little things to help out here and there. The baby is just transitioning into the drooling stage and the Bandana Bib is Ideal for drooling with all the teething going on. The color design was perfect for her because it went with the design she selected for all the items at her baby shower originally. But what is cool is the color palate works well for both baby boys and baby girls. I also like that they are 100% Cotton. Such a nice, natural, soft fabric. Drool bibs are a great gift because like any parent will tell you trying to keep the front of the baby dry during the drooling stage is quite the challenge! An added plus is because it is a “Bandana” (looks like) the baby can be fashionable at the same time while wearing the bib. It is a “win-win” all the way around. After many disastrous results with other types of baby bibs, we finally have found a go to bib we can live with every day that makes things much more copacetic with our infant. These Trendy Baby bandana bibs are super absorbent, sopping up our babies frequent messes with feeding and spit up. My wife and I aren’t constantly having to wash clothes, which is great. The 100% cotton is also a very nice touch. We found they are delightful with no rash. The adjustable snaps are great. They fit our toddler perfectly and they are reversible. Each snap is made of sturdy plastic, not nickel or Velcro. Machine washing using the cold cycle was a breeze.
