When I’d click the APN setting on the screen it wouldn’t go anywhere. I found out the issue was the SIM card wasn’t in all the way. Once I put it back in snug, I hit the APN setting and my network (T-Mobile) showed.Another major issue I just resolved was that the phone could call out, but I could not get the video call to work. To use the video call you have to use the video chat option on the app, otherwise it won’t work.The app instructions are confusing to be honest. Really don’t know what else to say about that.For this I’m using an iPhone 12 (T-Mobile) and the SIM card was through speedtalkmobile, which also uses T-Mobile. I got the $15 plan that has 2GB of 5G (video chat) and it works just fine.

My son loves this watch, it works well and the app is pretty accurate with tracking. I like I can take a picture on the app from his watch. The calls are clear and the pictures aren’t as clear as my iPhone but close. It is perfect for the parent that wants their child to be able to call and text without all the access to the internet.

I bought this phone for my daughter. We had tried a lot of other watches, but didn't worked since they were all running 2G. We bought a $5 Smart Watch SIM Card from amazon along with the watch. The sim did not work immediately after we activated and inserted. We had to call the help desk of the phone provider. They asked us to leave the phone on for the night. Everything stared to work the next morning. The App registration is not too cumbersome, but could be better and the instructions are inadequate, I has some trouble registering and activating the phone. Make sure you connect the phone to your WIFI before attempting to pair the app with the phone. I am overall happy so far

Worst watch. The sim card not even fits. The sim card works well on phone but the watch shows "sim error".Called amazon product support and spent a good amount of time. later when pushed the sim and it got stuck inside the watch. RETURNED!! DON'T RECOMMEND.

Arrived with language set to Chinese (used google translate to find language menu). Even after manually setting the APK didn't connect to 4G - only 3G which will be obsolete very soon.
