I got three because my boyfriend has been complaining about his calves hurting when we walk long distances. We had a tour to go on and they arrived just in time. I know they worked because he was constantly slowing down and stopping the weeks brfire this trip. The 5 day trip we took he didn't stop, he didn't complain, and he wore them every day. He hasn't said anything about his calves recently and I have asked. He said he feels good. This was a godsend and worth every penny.

I have been using Tommie Copper products for over 3 years and continue to be amazed at how well the sleeves relieve pain in my muscles and joints. It decreases the frequency and need for NSAIDs. Went by their size chart and it was to small for my calf and actually caused a lot of redness.

I realize that it might be mind over matter here, but this thing seems to have helped my leg. Slight compression and added warmth has made nights quite comfortable to sleep. Always heard how copper helped arthritis but was skeptical. I just might have to reconsider.

Great product for people that go hiking. At the end of the day my legs don't hurt.
