**Q: Does this work for ladies? I have a 32" waist but am uncertain the large would fit my shoulders?**
A: Because this brace is on your back and waist and does not go over your breasts I see no reason why it would not. It's a little uncomfortable under the arms as the straps are thin with no padding but being so cheap I find this great value and it certainly keeps your shoulders back. I have 36" waist and it could be tightened more or you can wear it OVER clothes.

Inexpensive and works. I had a severe injury broken vertebra 2001 repaired but of course not perfect. I have permanent 10% disability.  After standing I start bowing forward which causes pain.  This brace helps keep me upright and pain free.  There is stiffness to protect the lower back, lumbar region.  That helps too because I'm not young anymore.  Of course the straps across the shoulders will bind.  They are keeping me upright.  That is why I wear this over clothes as well as it keeps it cleaner.  Much less expensive than the first one I bought at a medical supply store.  When I moved I couldn't even find one in a medical supply that works.l
