I have to shampoo a more frequently than the directions call for, but it's really easy to use, so I'm ok with that. I usually put it on a few minutes before I get in the shower, let it sit while I get everything ready for my shower, and rinse it. I use a separate shampoo immediately afterwards because I feel gross otherwise, so that's probably why it doesn't last as long. I'm about 30% grey at my part and hairline, and it covers everything. The ingredients seem great, too -- from what I can tell, everything is clean / less toxic than other methods. And my highlights (and/or greys) still partially show through as light brown/blonde, so it's not just one blanket color that looks fake. The only con I see so far is that my hair seems to get oily quicker. But I only wash every few days, so it's not a big deal. Also -- I'm allergic to some other hair dye products.
