If you have never used this type of product I suggest starting off at a lower temp then increasing till you get your sweat going, it does get very hot (80) it’s condensed in the blanket so don’t be fooled at thinking that’s not hot. Adjust your time to gradually move up to as well. If you have used this type of product you will love the heat and length of time you can use. It will time off when done. Make sure you set the time and temp then hit temp again to see the small dot next to the temp go on. I had to reread that part. Heats up quick, Very easy to use, plug in your cords closest to end of blanket- connects to the first plug then second and third, you get three zones. I suggest that you cover your toes if you use the high heat, maybe a good idea anyway, I used a light face towel, it can get hot on the tips of your toes. I also purchased a plastic body insert because if you sweat a lot it makes it easier to clean up. Drys fast but leave it open to help with the drying. I used the blanket on top of my bed, was very comfortable, but make sure you can get up easily with the wetness, my friend used the floor and was comfortable. I inclosed the side most of the way, the bottom already secured, the top left strap then the rest of the top side and the top right securement. You need to move an arm around in order to get out unless someone opens it for you, home use. Most of all drink plenty of water before and plenty after to avoid dehydration or headache. Don’t use cold water, use room temp, your body is still hot and you don’t want to shock your internal temp. Or organs. You will enjoy this blanket and when you are done you feel very relaxed. Works well

I never thought I would have one because I thought they were a few thousand dollars and just couldn't afford one. My sister had an expensive one a few years ago and used it then. I lost allot of weight and felt fab after I used it. I like this one but wish I would have gotten one that folded over rather than zipped. Zipping it up while in it is awkward. I have only used it 3 times and maybe once I get used to it I will feel better about it. It heats up nice. I bought the plastic to wrap around body which helps me sweat. I think you have to adjust the temp based on your own need for sweat and comfort level. It feels really hot when you first get in. I recommend setting it lower to like 30 then getting in it and raise the temp gradually. It takes a bit to start sweating so be patient. But you can fiddle with it until you get used to it and find the right temp for you. Check the length to make sure you fit in it comfortably. I am not sure about pain relief yet but it feels very good during the session and when I am finished. I noticed more energy and my skin looks better. And you loss water so you can lose some weight. Also to keep the heat in around your neck wrap a towel around you the opening so the heat stays in and also wrap a sheet around the blanket while you are using it because it helps keep the heat in. That is what I do. Also I am going to have a friend build a platform for it so I don't have to lay it on the floor or my bed. I think a flat platform a few feet off the floor would be great.

This worked great for about 20 uses then the machine that heats the blanket up shut down and will not turn on. The switch moves back and forth and fells like it is broken. I would not recommend this product to anyone. The craftsmanship is poor. The electronics for this week in comparison to Japanese electronics. Also , the company does not stand by there product with any warranty.

We love this sauna! It can get a little hot to the touch so we keep it at 50-55°c. But you really get your sweat on in this!I've used this every day for 30 minutes or more for two months and it works great!I've noticed a big change in my body too, it helps reduce bloat and cellulite and it helps with joint pain!Great product!

It’s was okay! It did make you sweat for sure! But It kind of got TOO hot on my foot, overall I would recommend

Overall, I think this is a good buy. I’ve used it twice. The second time I used it, it took longer to heat than the first time. Also, I am unable to get the remote control to work. Yes, I did put a battery in because it doesn’t come with one. I am hoping the product lasts like it sautés because I plan to use this daily. Any feedback on the remote control would be helpful!

I was hesitant about the quality of this product because it was a good price and stated great benefits. So far 100% happy with this product.
