I bought the uppercase and lowercase letters and they are both doing well. They are durable and i have not had a problem with letters peeling off, but my 10month old was able to take a bite out of one. The sandpaper does not feel too rough for me or my children. These cards are helping my son who is three but prefers baby talk. He likes tracing them and making the sounds and he has been speaking more, clear words now. My kindergarten nephew also likes them. We set them out three letters at a time to make a word and trace over the letters, connecting the sounds together, so he can read easier. I like that these cheaper but still effective alternatives to Montessori sandpaper letters were available for my family :)
