A healthy mix of all sorts of rutilated quartz ... Could have added a few more reds and some greens to make it complete :)... .Definitely more than a few clear quartz in there ..serves its purpose . could have made it a knotted mala which makes it sturdier ... Mine snapped after a few weeks of aggressive usage ( even in the gym ) ... Still ... Happy with the product and a reliable source
